Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Flagstaff, AZ  so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Woodlands Village Dentistry, P.C.  does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, major credit cards as well as Health Care Credit Line. We also offer a flexible payment plan including Delta Dental. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Our office is conveniently located in the Coldwell Banker Professional building across from the Harkins’ Theatres in west Flagstaff.  Opening in 1990, the office has steadily grown as Flagstaff itself has.  Our services include general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Ruge is committed to providing caring service in a professional atmosphere.  We want you to feel as comfortable as possible and have taken great effort in creating an atmosphere for that specific purpose.  We are always available for emergencies or any questions that you may have.  Our office numbers are listed on our contact page and we will return inquiries within 48 hours.  We welcome new patients of all ages and appreciate your referrals.  We look forward to being of service to you and your family in the near future.  Call today for an appointment!
